Our heating services are led by Stephen, who brings many years of experience within the plumbing, heating and gas industry.

Before helping to build and grow a successful plumbing and heating business, Stephen spent almost nine years with British Gas, progressing from Engineer to Lead Engineer and Management. During this time, he developed extensive technical knowledge of heating systems, customer service and problem-solving, while working in homes across the region.

Since leaving British Gas, Stephen became a Director of a growing plumbing and heating company, helping transform the business from a small operation into an established and successful service provider supporting thousands of customers. Alongside his technical expertise, he was responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, customer service, pricing, quotations, recruitment, team development, business performance and operational improvements.

This combination of hands-on engineering experience and operational leadership means Stephen understands not only how heating systems work, but also what customers expect from a professional, reliable and trustworthy service.

Having spent years building a reputation based on quality workmanship, customer care and attention to detail, he brings the same values and standards to every Po & Co at Home customer.
